These mobile homes are put together horribly, cheaply and is a scam. The park charges you land rent but guess what you have to take care of the over grown trees if you dont want them crashing through your roof. You have all the responsibility of everything, the cheap home and the land in your pocketbook once you move in, And believe me the manger could care less. RUDE IS PUTTING IT MILDLY!
