Nice trail park w/ Boat Launch Quiet n Friendly Out n away from the city on a dead-end street with a Marine & Boat Launch Wonderful foliage all along the roadways Lots of new trailers going in My brother has lived here for years & loves it ♡ Rentals & Owners alike ☆
The Park is very old many Units over 40 years old Tenants pay for upgrades The Dock Area Has no boats because They charge $$ four using it most of The Reviews are old it was a nice place
Used to be a nice quite 55 plus community but nownot so much that just any age can move in. Not to mention the lot rent keeps going up . 2 years ago it was only $450 a mth now it's $725 plus all kinds of extras like lawn care and landscaping that noone receives we do it ourselves a water bill that they just make up an amount instead of the meters being ready, common electric that no one on here uses because we're not supposed to use the one big field that's common area and there's no electric out there, the gazebo area is al... read more
