Management was very helpful with helping me with paper work and settling in when moving in. It is a Great community, very peaceful, secured, clean, helpful management .
This complex works with a low income program for families and I live here for 10 years and it was a lot of scams going on and now the manager gone I would not go back, and they are hungry for money will take every penny from you. And I always had issues with delivery because there’s no way to access the building no box to enter a code or to call, and the pay increases every six months with the re-election.

New management sucks. My car is always getting towed, the management works with RC Towing and gets payed from them to consistently checking cars then towing. They won’t give you parking or an extra remote. Old lady’s always doing excessive amount of laundry all day that you don’t even get the chance to wash.
