Beware. I would not use this facility again. As others have reported, surprise charges the day of colonoscopy (which I paid) and I just received another bill 9 months later! The day of my procedure, I was called in to what I thought was my pre-op, and to my surprise taken into the finance section and told that I had a cost associated, even though they were supposed to call me beforehand if that was the case. The facility itself is clean. My doctor is great. However, I do not appreciate this facility taking a payment from me on the day of my colonoscopy for almost $400 as amount I have to pay and then getting another bill in the mail for double that amount as balance due. They told me the initial cost was my payment. After the procedure, i get an even bigger bill in the mail. Why didn't they tell me this in the first place? I'm so furious! Never going back there. I had a procedure at this location. Everyone is super attentive , professional and kind. Staff is very caring and had great bedside manners.
