I want to recognize the incredible nurse who prepared me for my recent neck injection. I have very difficult veins, and even experienced EMTs have struggled to get an IV in—especially in my “bad” arm. But this nurse was absolutely amazing. She got it on the first try, painlessly, without hitting a valve. That alone says so much about her skill and precision.
