I had an awful experience somewhere else and decided to come to Lakeview smiles for a second opinion. Dr. Lin was amazing and she addressed all of my concerns and gave me a thorough explanation on everything that was needed. I absolutely trust her with my oral health. She’s incredible.
I've been going now for a couple years. No issues. Showed up on time to most recent appointment and found the hygienist running about 20 minutes behind. Staff was apologetic. But what really made me write this review was the dentist acknowledged the lateness, apologized and gave me an electric toothbrush. I'll be honest it wasn't so much the value of the toothbrush but more the fact that they understood my time was valuable and made an effort to compensate me that truly struck me.
