We hired Lakeview Roof Service to repair some shingles that had buckled on the roof of the garage in our 14 year old home, and to examine possible water ingress in one corner of the garage ceiling. David inspected the entire roof and advised that the buckled shingles had been improperly installed originally. He located several other areas on our roof that had similar issues and provided photos prior to commencing work, and subsequent to completing the repairs. Storm came through and water was leaking from our covered patio. Called Lakeview and Dave was able to get out right away, found the leak and gave me an estimate right then. He also suggested some other things that may need repairs down the road. I approved on the spot and Dave had it completed the same day. Highly recommend.

We hired David @ Lakeview Roofing to do some minor repairs to our roof on a 15 year old house we bought a few months ago. The original roofer neglected to put rain diverters in the roof system and as a result there was some damage to some of the ends of the fascia boards. Excellent service from start to finish. David replaced our venting stack's boot. Looked over the rest of our roof just to be sure we needed nothing more done. Highly recommend.
