We will be close to finishing our first month here at the Lakeview Residences and my partner and I love it! The community and location is a great place and super convenient! The layout and space of the apartments are perfect, and the views from every window are so scenic. The property management team is incredible. Karan, in specific, has been FANTASTIC! Lakeview residence is situated on the edge of Phillips Park overlooking Mastodon Lake. This is a very peaceful area despite busy activity within the park but never loud or disruptive. The management team and apartment manager, Karan, work very hard to make positive changes and improvement in appearances to the building. Security is always good and a code or key is necessary to enter the building.
