I lived at Lakeview Residences by Phillips Park for four years, and I wouldn't recommend it. The biggest issue is the value. Rent is expensive for what you actually get. Aside from a laundry room, there are essentially no amenities, and it feels like you're paying a premium simply because the building overlooks the lake. There are nearby apartment communities that offer more amenities, better service, and similar or lower prices. I have been living here for a few months now and I can surely say things are going downhill. One of the elevators has been broken for over a month now and the second one just broke as well making this place not handicap accessible. They don’t shovel the snow, just put salt on it, making it very slick and slippery. I slipped twice already in the past two days. This is my second year living at lakeview residence. And I am a proud tenant, honestly. Jeff has made sure my son & I have been comfortable and felt heard, with anything that came our way here. Communication and living expectations have been met.

My Aunt and Uncle used to live here in the 90’s. We used to come over on some Saturday nights and play ping pong in the basement I think. It was a small communal, washer, and dryers too.
