Very unprofessional. Was told I was ‘threatening’ them by simply telling them I should’ve been made aware that my appointment would be cancelled after I had called telling them I would be late. After speaking to the director it was clear that the lady was wrong, still no one took accountability. Maybe because the color of my skin she wanted to say I was threatening her because I definitely said nothing wrong? That’s what it seems to me. Don’t recommend.
Great physical therapy! This group of physical therapists helped me tremendously. From Stacey at the front office to my appointed therapists including Anna, Brandy, and Susan, all of whom I thank for making my hip pain so much better. They were so willing to explain all of the therapy and what the therapy was doing.
Lakeview has a great OT for lymphedema therapy and was able to take me immediately!
