His brother James rented me an apartment then he found out that some girl from his office rented the apartment out too so they chose them and the lady that call me was so rude. She made me have a panic attack. She as no customer service. I'm homeless as of January 1st! I would recommend to stay away from this company.

A student at Lakehead I found a room to rent posting on our off-campus housing website that's how I met Michael Preston. Michael Preston is a broker from Lakeview Realty he represents Mohammad Zahed, a buyer if 139 Barrie Road. Upon contacting Michael for an apartment rental he showed me 139 Barrie Road, a one-bedroom apartment in a duplex. Everyone is very knowledgeable, responsive and has great customer service. They listen to the customer and there's never a hard sell that pressures you in any way.
Honestly I’ve lived all over the world I’ve lived in Europe I lived in Asia this is the worst company to rent off of I’ve ever seen heard of or even experienced. Every single minor detail ends up being in a fight and unless you’re willing to fight every single day of your life and put your life on the line I’d say never rent off of these people. But that’s just my opinion. What goes around comes around
