Lakeview Property Management has handled our 3 rental properties for the past decade and has consistently taken care of all repairs, tenant retention, rent collection and dispute resolution. We attribute our success in the real estate business to owner Mike Preston’s knowledgeable guidance.
I have been a Tenant of Lakeview for some 17 years, and have been comfortably ensconced in a private cabin by the Lake for the last decade. Although there have been several issues with appliances and plumbing - the Management has always fixed the problems in a quick and proper manner. I have and will continue to direct prospective Renters/Buyers to Lakeview Property Management.
It a great places to live at and the landlord is vary helpful he is a gray guy I have no problem with him at all he's been great to me I recommend him to all of the people who need a place to live he give people a 2 chances of you need one
