Only reason this place exists is because it’s a part of the hospital. I cannot believe these people run a doctors office. You’d think it was a zoo.
Can’t get anyone to return my calls. Been without my meds for a month now. Wish they cared enough to return my calls. Great doctor, support staff not so much.
The manager Amanda at this facility is completely unreasonable. I had ONE no show because I got dates mixed up. The other times calling in I woke up really sick on two different occasions and that is not acceptable to Amanda as the manager! On one other occasion I had to pull over on the way to my appointment because of being a brittle diabetic so that I could take care of my low blood sugars and wait to drive until they came up for a safe level for me to drive.
