I have been coming to this office for years with my mother. The front desk staff (at least on family medicine) have always been great (Shout out to Kristin, Heather, Kristi, Jennifer and Sherry). However, their management is absolute trash. She on numerous occasions have came up and will not greet anyone in line or help. Not only is her attire on numerous visits is less than professional but it makes you wonder what she has on her higher ups. Doctor Bunkley is always great with my daughter and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this office to anyone.
We switched to Lakeveiw when our daughter was 5 and haven't looked back. Sherese L. Bunkley made her comfort a priority and helps make appointments a positive experience when the little ones aren't feeling well. I can not recommend her enough, she will listen to your child, as well as you, to ensure your child has the best care possible.
