I called to schedule an appointment 1/21/26. I've never been to an eye doctor, but my children go here; I thought this would be easy to schedule since we share the same insurance, but that was not the case. The girl that answered my call was condescending and rude. It seemed like she was aggrevated I called. I decided we will all be finding an eye doctor that appreciates our business.
