I have been going to Lakeview Nails for pedicures for many years and have never had a bad experience. The team is lovely to deal with, the space is bright and inviting, they have comfortable pedicure stations with massage chairs and, most importantly, they do an excellent job that easily lasts for 6 weeks at a substantially lower price than many other places. I recently visited for a shellac pedicure and an acrylic nail fill. The pedicure was excellent and have no complaints at all (the only reason my review is not a one star). The technician who did my pedicure was friendly, thorough, and did a great job. Unfortunately, my experience with the acrylic fill was very disappointing. The technician was extremely rough throughout the entire service, especially when using the electric file. The service here is no longer as good. The footspa has become just dipping feet into warm water. It no longer involves scrubbing your feet; now, they go straight to blade shaving. They can't focus on one customer because of the phone or walk-ins. It always feels so rushed. Only people certain people get full service like water, foot, and calf massage. I think the fee should be much lower, don't you agree? My shellac always chips within a week, and they insist on a gel set, but the gel has become too thick and hurts to shave ... read more
