We booked at Lakeview last minute because of the weather through booking.com and accidentally booked the wrong room (not enough beds for us). The receptionist went above and beyond to upgrade us into a huge room at no extra cost. We were so grateful for her kind service especially as the hotel was at capacity and she had clearly been super busy. The room had a gorgeous view of the lake and a well stocked kitchen. Sure the decor is a bit dated but this place had a lot of heart ❤️

We decided last night to spend the night in Robe on our way home. I found this place on booking dot com and booked on the spot. The motel is managed by a hotel group in Adelaide and has a 24 hour call centre/reception. When we arrived there was someone at reception to give me the key bit usually you would be sent a code to the key safe that's in reception, inside there, there is an envelope with your name on with your key.
