The customer service is extremely disappointing. The automated system feels ineffective and frustrating to use. It’s clear that a real person is needed to assist customers properly. Unfortunately, the phone system seems more designed to frustrate customers and avoid providing actual support. I'm shocked your rating is above 2 stars. 👎👎👎👎👎
Worst mortgage company ever. They bought my loan 30 days ago. They messed up so we couldn't make a payment. Said I had 6o days to make a payment on their screw up. Have been none stop phone calls from their collection people. I have had this loan for 8 years and never had a problem.
This company seems really incompetent. I keep telling them I don't own a home but for some reason they keep assuming I do. 🤷♀️ Maybe don't trust them with your finances.
Great response to mortgage and loan. Been with them for 13 years no complaints to mention
Constantly calls. I have told many reps I am not looking for a loan. Most hang up without an additional word.
