Great response to mortgage and loan. Been with them for 13 years no complaints to mention
Constantly calls. I have told many reps I am not looking for a loan. Most hang up without an additional word.
Andrea Howell was great to work with. She helped us get everything done when we ran into a little hiccup. She was prompt on getting back to any questions I had during the course of the paperwork.
Continued calling even after I told them we closed with another lender. was unprofessional and border line insulting.
I wanted to add this review while it was fresh on my mind. One of your representatives just called. I explained I wasn't sure why I've been getting mass amounts of calls lately but he wasn't the first. Then he just says "gotcha" and hangs up in my face. Rude. lol
