I would not refer anyone to live her or any other place run by these people. They take forever to do any kind of repairs and yet demand that you pay on time with one day late they send you a letter talking about eviction and that you must keep up apperances of your yard which isnt bad but its the fact that they demand all of you but they dont have to fullfill there obligations.
