Me and many others have experienced a horrible attitude with lakeview Marina . I did find out that Lakeview is recently under new owners but unfortunately for the buyer they don't know a big part of the problem is the family owners are still running it. YIKES! my wave runner had been dropped off at the wrong Marina (Lakeview) I called and ask for quote as I was just going to leave it there but I ask her to confirm that it was under new ownership because we did not lprefer the previous ownership….and she said "yes…it is... read more
Buyer Beware - We bought our boat in February and the owner guaranteed everything worked on it. First time out on the water the trim wont go up or down. Took it back for diagnostic and was presented with a $1900 bill. Owner won’t honor guarantee. The parts lady is extremely rude and hung up on us. Won’t ever go back here!
The 4-5 owners were all extremely rude They told me they could get to the boat in six weeks. after dropping it off and waiting another week and a half they pushed my boat to the back of the list aftheyter waiting 7.5 weeks total. they said they will run diagnostic in 5 week. They took my boat out on the water, when they put it back on the trailer, it was not pulled all the way forward nor did they put on my back straps. told me it takes weeks to run diagnostic, took it somewhere else and they had it pulled up in 5 minutes. t... read more
Horrible service, denied me service after waiting 6 weeks
Recommendedcall about a stuck prop nut that i was unable to remove. I was able to simply take my boat in and have a tech look at at it without an appointment and they didn't charge me. Amy in Service is super friendly! highly recommend!
