I’ve lived here two separate times and have been treated pretty well each time! They are older but well taken care of apartments in a really fantastic location.
Dwight is sorry landlord, he will show favoritism. The person that lives in apartment next to me smokes cigarettes in his apartment. I told him for 7 mouths about this and have the text and recorded convo with him and the manager Jerry. I am the one that is having to move out. I am glad he is upping the rent. walkerkenny5@gmail if you would like to se the text or voice recordings. If you don't care about him keeping to the law this is for you. He doesn't care as long as you pay your rent.
Was a good place to live for a while until the landlord refused to fix old water damage left by previous tenet, refused to fix the bathroom fan, allowed girls to be harassed by an older creepy tenet for months, and became very rude once moved out. I left the apartment in better condition than it was when I moved in (moved into a DIRTY UNCLEANED apartment by the way) and he still had the audacity to yell at me over the phone for checking about my security deposit. Very disappointing place. Would not recommend.
