I am going to miss this company so much! I have had this electric company for the last 22 years and I can count on one hand how many times my electric has gone out due to storms, accidents, etc. No doubt due to underground wires which I love! My electric bills here have been lower than any other company (Tacoma, PUD, etc.) I cannot say enough good things about this company.
I've never had any issues. Been using their service for going on 9 years now.They are very nice and professional. Easy online bill pay. They just introduced budget billing for people with fixed incomes. I think that's awesome, thank you! Wonderful experience! 5 stars
I've never had any issues, if anything they've been very forgiving and compassionate when I ran into payment due dates not aligning with my paychecks. Perfect customer service at the LlLP location. Thanks for not cutting off my lights when our bill was 2 weeks late.😑
I've been dealing with them for years. I don't understand why I'm charged Xtra $25 per month to I guess use their service like it belongs to them. And when I email them sometimes I get a very rude answer. I think they rip you off over charge and not even open on Fri like most companies.
