Good service from representative
This is by far the easiest utility we've ever had to work with. Super responsive and very flexible. Once contacted, they will work hard to be onsite the following day to install or assist with your infrastructure needs. We wish all utilities operated with such responsive service.
At $0.08 kwh I can't understand the rating. Maybe those disgruntled customers should do their homework.
The siders ended up pulling the meter off the side of the house like goofballs. These guys came out and de-energized the meter so I could remount it for free. Did the home-owners and general contractor a solid. Super respectful and professional. Appreciate it guys
Worst customer service and standards of practice. Nobody answers the phone, communicates properly and when they do you wish they didn't because it's improper.
