Mark, allows his crew to do whatever they want on customers properties. He authorized his crew to remove a tree and a hydrangea bush from our property when he was told they were not to be touched. He offered to provide the dates his crew were scheduled to be on the property since they don’t call to let you know they are scheduled to be on site and then he refused to provide the information He delayed asking his crew any information.
