We went here for several years. Dentist was good, but the front office not so much. They rarely answer their phones and never called me back when I would leave messages which made rescheduling appointments very difficult. I was also charged for a no-show at one point even though I called within the cancellation window and left a message that we would have to reschedule.
Our family just moved to Seattle and I was looking for something for my kids. I called and spoke with Desiree yesterday who spent a good amount of time going over insurance and getting my kids set up. She was so kind. They were able to get both of them in today and Sarah cleaned my kids teeth. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. The doctor was very sweet with my kids. Really great experience for myself as a mom and my kids are excited to go back already. Highly recommend!
We take both of our kids to see Dr. Su and could not be happier with the care at the clinic. She is kind and thorough. And the whole office is geared to make sure kids feel comfortable!
I have been bringing my kids here for many years and their checkups have always been fine. However, my daughter developed a cavity and I was told because she has a cavity and may develop more in the future, that they will need to "graduate" her early. As in, they would prefer not to see her. In all my years, I have never experienced this kind of shaming from a dentist or any other professional. If developing a cavity is an issue, why dentistry? We will "graduate" our family out of this business. Shameful in every way.
