The doctor is a wonderful and kind man, but his office manager is aggressive and confrontational while demanding money for visits routinely paid by Medicare Advantage Plans. The greed for funds on tip of what they contracted for is displayed by yelling at patients over the counter.
Very personable, a great and thorough listener, and asked all the right questions.
Terrible experience. I got zero value for the money I spent there. I won't disclose my medical issue or how it was handled or mishandled, what ever might have been the case, for privacy reason. What I can say is that if my experience was good, I would not leave a negative rating. I hope this review helps someone out there avoid a negative experience.
Dr. Fiorentiono is a excellent doctor, however his wife manages his office and appears to be money hungry. She put me between a rock and hard place by telling me that the doc. wouldn't see me unless I paid cash. So when I cancelled a couple of times due to not having money, they dismissed me. I do have insurance.

Dr. Fiorentino is a wonderful, caring doctor who spends a lot of time with his patients. He is very thorough and approaches his patients' care using preventive medicine. his staff is friendly and helpful. You really notice how much the whole office cares for your health and well-being.

Doctor Fiorentino is one of the best Internal Medicine physicians I have used. He is thorough and caring. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I would highly recommend Doctor to anyone who is interested in excellent medical care.
DR Fiorentino is an excellent dr and individual.He does no give up until the problem is solved.He spends time with his patients and listens to their needs and treat according to medical procedure.i can rate him five star with ease.
