Every time I use Lakeview I have an experience that makes me feel like I have to beg for the bare minimum in professionalism. One time I was in the building waiting in line for 45 minutes, then when it was my turn the girl, asked what I needed and I told her then said she can't do that, and just turned and went to her computer and started working.
