We recently worked with Kyle to get property insurance for our first home purchase and had such a great experience. He did the shopping around for us and was incredibly thorough and thoughtful about making sure we had the right coverage for our needs. Was wanting to move multiple lines of insurance to this agency, the agent I worked with for my personal lines of insurance was very helpful and willing to assist, but then I was transferred to Tammy for my business insurance. Tammy was very offputting, rude, and patronizing. She was not willing to help me with something that other agents were able to assist with in the past just because it would be too much paperwork.
