This company is one of the worst that I have worked for in the United States, there are some engineers who count how many pieces you have to make in a minute and you have to write that down on a whiteboard, whatever they think! Not according to the manager Brad and Raul, they believe they are the owners of the company and take less into account the Hispanic staff, the leaders know less than the employees, in short, a crazy company!
Supervisor didn't know how to change the blades out on a utility knife but thinks ANYONE can operate these machines except almost none of them really know how and never keep track of inventory. The system here is rigged where if you try to follow the rules you get blamed for the mistakes of others. It's not a good place to be an operator and you could make the same money at a gas station doing easier work.
