The location is super convenient for my patients who need X-rays. It's great to be able to walk in and get X-rays done within 30min. This aspect is 5 stars. The poor review is for the staff and policies. As the ordering healthcare provider, they should send the radiologist final report to me automatically. They typically do. In the past, if there was ever a fax that didn't go through, I would call the office, verify that I was the ordering physician, and have the report sent (resent) to me via fax. Not today... Long wait for mri, plus you pay for parking here! If they were on schedule, not an issue! Parking meter is running regardless!
Stephanie and Shalonda were great! They were so nice and efficient. I hate getting MRIs and they made it a little better.
