The builder seems like they're decent. It was just very disappointing to learn that in the MASTER bathroom they only PROVIDE 1 sink instead of 2, this is practically a standard with every other builder, 2 sinks. They house is not built yet, I'll have to wait and see the details.
Great builder of New Homes, with new contemporary designs and solid quality construction. Allows structural changes too!
No Builder is perfect. When there are issues with the home and the builder can address it as best as they can by sending the trades etc., that shows they care. When you buy a property in an active construction site and the builder is doing the best they can to help you turn it into a home, by constructing curbs, sidewalks, driveways, scheduling sodding and grass and working to finish the home and the community, that shows they care. i literally just purchased a home from you guys in queensville, please ensure that the quality of the exterior and interior finishes are great. i am going to give a 5 star review, as a google partner, please dont make me regret this, i believe in you guys and your contractors. thanks.
Left our shower in shambles and some shady practices with the plumbing. Conveniently surfacing after the 2 year warranty expires, and provides no help to reconcile the $8000 repair cost. Avoid this builder at all costs
