I purchased a brand-new home that is 18 months old, yet the hot water tank has leaked twice already. The supplier told me to just install an extension to fix it temporarily. When I contacted the builder, I was told that they have nothing to do with it because our contract is with the supplier, even though the builder was the one who installed the equipment in the first place. The builder seems like they're decent. It was just very disappointing to learn that in the MASTER bathroom they only PROVIDE 1 sink instead of 2, this is practically a standard with every other builder, 2 sinks. They house is not built yet, I'll have to wait and see the details.
Great builder of New Homes, with new contemporary designs and solid quality construction. Allows structural changes too!
No Builder is perfect. When there are issues with the home and the builder can address it as best as they can by sending the trades etc., that shows they care. When you buy a property in an active construction site and the builder is doing the best they can to help you turn it into a home, by constructing curbs, sidewalks, driveways, scheduling sodding and grass and working to finish the home and the community, that shows they care.
