Billed as the deluxe room, it wasn’t. Suitable and set up properly for wheelchair access. Couch had no springs and when you sat on it you sat in a hole. Tissue box was empty, sheets on bed were a grey colour (but bed comfortable) host disinterested, tops of tables and bedside tables were sticky and grubby. Put your phone down and it was hard to retrieve. Heating was very difficult to regulate, but shower was warm/hot.

This location and accomodation has the bones of being something special - it is just the fit out which lets it down. From broken (cheap) furniture, to worn carpet (small nails protruding which sting when stepped on), to grubby chairs, to lack of amenities (no ironing board/iron and one clothes hanger), to lack of towels, it was quite disappointing given that the buildings and surrounds are really impressive (and wheelchair accessible). For me the value falls short of the price.

Clean rooms, accessible, could not hear other patrons in next room. Great facilities and amenaties. Close to local towns. Highly recommend
