staff thinks mental health is a choice. its science and my grandmother suffers from the same disease . moving to nyc
Absolutely horrible . I agree with the others on "full of promises that they never follow through with" type complaints. And if you raise concerns about treatment or neglect , they simply assign you a different case worker who is less capable of mere human decency or understanding. Trying my best to find a differrent place to recieve services.
