My mom specifically wanted to use Lakeview Gardens as she's always been happy with their arrangements. However, she ordered flowers for her husband's funeral and while it's been very hot this week, some of the flowers didn't even last through the visiting hours, let alone the funeral service the next day. I wish I could say the flowers were the only thing that disappointed here—but unfortunately, it was also my faith in customer service. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for my aunts birthday. The photo on the Lakeview Gardens website promised a lush, vibrant arrangement. What arrived was sparse and creatively different from what we ordered—imagine ordering a birthday cake and getting a slice of bread with a candle in it. Same energy. The staff at Lakeview are amazing. What would typically be a difficult time, Lakeview made planning arrangements for my mother’s funeral a breeze … and the arrangements were so stunning! Thank you for bringing happiness to an otherwise difficult time!
