Could be a wonderful place but they need knowledgeable staff and not an office manager that is in her mid 20s that has zero experience in running an entire office. The office manager Mackenzie has been confirmed giving out patients information to other such as social security numbers
Been coming here for years. Especially helpful in getting disability accommodations in the workplace and willingness to listen.
Not really sure where to start. But I guess with the fact I was told my son’s insurance was covered when I made them an appointment. Come to find out they weren’t officially covered by that insurance, only in the process. So insurance didn’t cover most of it and I had to pay a lot out of pocket. Also, both of my sons had the same exact “new patient” appointments at the same time and one was charged for 2 different items.
