Terrible front end staff
Wonderful Staff and Dr Skaziak is the absolute best! We trust him completely! You will not find a better podiatrist! Also has 2 different locations - Albertville and Guntersville!
Awful front end staff. Appointment today had for 1 and 1/2 months...staff tells me they do not have me in there system. I was told I could take up 2 hours of my time to come back tomorrow. This is utterly incompetent. Last Appointment the very person who told me I am not in there system was extremely rude to elderly patients. I would not recommend this staff to anyone....dr OK his receptionist is totally A MESS FOR HIRED PUBLIC HELP.
I would recommend family foot care to anybody. Their staff is awesome. They have they have treated me excellent since I’ve been coming here and the person that was here, she was a Butthead
