Receptionist had a terrible attitude. Dr. Mulvenna came highly recommeded to me by a friend so I made an appointment. Due to the unpredictable rush hour traffic, I gave myself 45 minutes to make the 8 or so mile trip to the office. When I realized I was going to be late, I called the office to let them know and ask if the doctor could still see me. I was then put on hold and because I was so close to the office I hung up.
