This is horrible, Jennifer Olds is cutting internet lines and forcing us to go with a cheaper, but highly downgraded wifi. I have to work from home some days and waking up to find mine, and other residents, having their wires cut is INEXCUSABLE! and also highly ILLEGAL! If you like being able to make your own decisions, don’t live here.
They will cut your internet cable if you don’t use the managements “access parks” internet. All because they want the money for each trailer that gets the money. Honestly sad, it’s $75 a month but absolutely horrible connection. Wow bullying your tenants into getting access parks. Never knew you could do that.
I've lived here for years, very good neighbor hood. Affordable living spaces with the right trailer home. Great manager as well.
This is a nice mobile home park with some beautiful mobile homes and even a few for sale. It has one road in and one road out so great for kids to get that little bit of extra trust and responsibility to go play and be back by the time the street lights come on type responsibility.Its very quiet and has a decent sized tranquil lake .
