My parents recently moved in. The front office at Lawndale estates is a joke. Amy at the Lakeview Estates is wonderful. It is supposed to be gated. The gate has been non existent for several months. They rent to people under 55 and have kids who live in the park. The park itself is beautiful and the people who live there I have found very friendly, but like I said the people at the front desk dont answer the phone or return calls.
