I want to give a big thank you to Bernard from Lakeview Elevators! He came out for my annual service and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what needed servicing and answered all of my questions clearly. I also found Meena very helpful and pleasant when booking the appointment. Highly recommend their professional team!
Have been really happy with Lakeview's service. The technicians are always very friendly, and I’ve been really impressed with how quickly they’re able to come out when needed, as timely service is hugely important with an elevator.
Very very disappointed with lady’s help with ext 248. She hang up after taking my CC . Over the phone . Never placed order . After week later f/u. Told me some bogus story. This lady does not deserve to work for this company . I hope to hear back from CEO. As they claim family business.
Worst company when it comes to customer service and transparency. We sent out an email regarding our elevator not turning on and they responded with a time slot but before they booked they needed a credit card on file. We asked for a range of how much they will be charging but they claimed it depends on how long their tech takes to fix the problem. We filled out the form and waited until the appointment.
