Worst company when it comes to customer service and transparency. We sent out an email regarding our elevator not turning on and they responded with a time slot but before they booked they needed a credit card on file. We asked for a range of how much they will be charging but they claimed it depends on how long their tech takes to fix the problem. We filled out the form and waited until the appointment. The staff at Lakeview Elevator are knowledgeable, helpful, and always available for consultation. Meena is an exceptional administrative professional who keeps everything organized with ease. Sam is an excellent engineer who truly knows his craft. And Steve, the Manager, demonstrated outstanding customer care throughout my experience. Their expertise and commitment really stood out.
