Lied about privacy practice. Refused to provide a copy of privacy practice and said that they don’t print them off to customers when I asked repeatedly….”we don’t print the privacy policy for patients” was verbatim from the front desk. Why have a spot on the intake paper to sign that says I received a copy? When I asked which remote health monitoring portal they use so I can opt out, they said they don’t upload my information anywhere which is my real frustration because that was a blatant lie. Doctor failed to spray my nose prior to a nasal scope. I felt very uncomfortable. I almost threw up three times because of the scope.
The Dr is very nice. Great bedside manner. Unfortunately he makes you come into the office to tell you to go get an ultrasound, which it was what we talked about 2 years ago that I needed to keep doing every so often anyways. Then he wants you to come back in to tell you, everything looks good. Another visit and another charge, Definitely all about the money.
What a wonderful deal this was! I called on a Friday and Morgan set me up with Dr Keefe for Monday. Everyone was friendly and efficient including the assistant and the doctor. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my issue in the rearview mirror. Thank you so much!
Dr. Keefe and the ENT staff at Lakeview are beyond competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone having any ears, nose, and throat issues!
