Highly recommend seeing PA Felts. I was very nervous walking in for my appointment and she instantly resolved all my fears and made me feel so validated. I will only be seeing her from now on. I have been recommending all my friends see her. Knowledgeable and passionate medical providers are hard to come by these days and Kendall definitely embodies both of these things.
This place loss a gem when Dr Buckley retired. He was amazing. I went to him as a child for acne that cleared up with his help and also as an adult for hair loss that was progressively worst over years. He diagnosed me and my hair has been flushing ever since. I truly believe Dr Buckley was the best dermatologist in this area and it sucks that I haven’t found a good one since him and it’s been a year. Sure the new people had continued care and his plan but it’s not the same.
They don’t send your prescription to the pharmacist. Then they argue they did but there is no proof they did. And the woman at the front desk always has a attitude towards everyone
Good luck making an appointment at Lakeview Dermatology. I have called for three days and the no one ever answers nor is there an answering service . I call Bayview where they are located and I'm told that there is only one individual that answers the phone and they have the same issue . Sadly I will leave the practice
I just received a phone call from this place. Asking me if I want to make an appointment (my Dr. referred) during the conversation; all the time; the lady in the other line was so rude, and when I said, ok thank you; before that, she hung up the phone and when I called back she was just hearing what I’m going to say, she didn’t even say, this is Dermatology etc, she was trying to hear what I want to say….
