Kendalyn is amazing - I am so glad I decided to leave the "big box" dermatology practice to try Lakeview (Suffolk). She was thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. Worth the 30 minute drive from Western Branch!
I had a great experience with Kendalyn Felts! She didn’t rush me and listened to my concerns. She treated my concerns efficiently and even provided me a clear treatment plan for when I got home. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you, PA Felts!
My daughter had an appointmwnt for 3 o’clock. When I call to verify appointment they say it was 11:45. I’m not sure what kind of operation they run there but there is 0 communication. They didn’t call nor text the day before or anytime prior to verify appointment times. Now they said we have to wait till August to be seen. Would not recommend! Seems to they just wanted to go home early and not see my kid. I know it’s not their child that’s dealing with the issue so why would they care right.
I have only seen Dr. Buckley once; he is treating me for hair loss. I agree that his bedside manner is impeccable. Aside from that, he was knowledgeable enough to offer treatment for my situation, when I was seen by a different Doctor, (Dr. Bear -not sure of spelling) but his office is in northern Suffolk. He (Dr. Bear) took one look at my scalp, all but laughed and said just keep it covered up. Dr Buckley is amazing!! I had an area that had been biopsied etc and no one could give me a clear diagnosis or treatment that cleared the area. One visit and I was well on my way to clear skin. He is very knowledgeable and kind. His staff is very nice and I actually take a 30 minute drive to visit the practice
