I am been coming to this place for over 23 years 2 months. The service they provide is amazing. They catch issues with my teeth before they come serious. Nancy, Lisa and Dr. Ali are always so kind and patient with me in the visits. First had this dentist when I lived in Mississauga and when I moved to Hamilton I continue to drive here because the service is awesome. They always give me tips to improve my health of the teeth. If I could I would give 0 stars. My 4 year old had to go to the bathroom so I stopped by to see if we could use the bathroom because as we all know toddlers can’t hold it long and the receptionist refused to let my 4 year old use the bathroom because he wasn’t patient. Understandable if you’re a grown adult who can hold it but to deny a child the use of the bathroom is ridiculous.
I love the place! I think Pam is world class when it comes to cleaning teeth (do not get your teeth cleaned by Dr Ali). And I would argue that Dr Ali is one of the best dentists ever! She has tolerated me being always afraid and has done crazy complex stuff on my teeth that I don't think any other dentist would ever attempt. She is seriously awesome, patient and very skilled!
