Beyond Thankful and Grateful for my Lakeview Dental of Washington Twp. Dr. Hoang is awesome. I needed an emergency root canal. They were able to take me on a Saturday. Everyone was friendly and professional. My dentist was very friendly, compassionate, and knew I was in pain and very upset. He was even able to do the whole root canal so I would not have to come back. I love it there and thankful they are my dentist and recommend others. I followed Dr. Wu from Sewell Dental to Lakeview Dental.The facility is very nice and clean. Carina, the dental assistant, was wonderful. They never act rushed.
Hello, I would like to file a complaint against the accounting department for potentially misleading me. I was scheduled for deep cleaning and my insurance only covers the procedure after July 7th. I was not aware of this and I would not have done this procedure if I were properly notified. I believe that the accounting department is at fault because they did not check my insurance properly. - Margarita Fitts, chart number: 0477309.
The staff and Drs are so nice and professional!!! They eased my fears and were so gentle!! Wonderful visit!
