I came to this office almost 2 years ago for an urgent visit when the dental office I was going to said they had no time to see me so I immediately googled dental offices close to me. I explained my situation to the office receptionist that answered the phone and she was pleasant and friendly and they took me right away. Very professional, the staff is very attentive and always try their hardest to help you. The dentist and his assistant are always friendly and ready to carefully get you the most appropriate care for your dental needs. I received my permanent bridge and I have to say I’m very happy with them, they feel and look like my natural teeth. Thanks Dr Wu and all the lady’s in the office, Ashley, Angela, Melissa, and the rest of the office staff and all the dental assistants. Thanks so much for everything.

My experience here was horrific, I never write reviews. I called and let them know I have dental anxiety, they swore up and down they were understanding of that. I went in for JUST a consultation, and they ended up having me scheduled for a general cleaning. Ok, fine. I would’ve liked a heads up given my extreme dental anxiety. My next appt after that was to see if I needed a perio clean, just a consultation. They didn’t even have me booked for that, they had me booked for another general cleaning. Ok?
