Staff is pleasant,attentive, friendly, respectful, caring in alleviating one’s fears!!!! I don’t like to go to dentists but I am very comfortable having gone through 2 different ones & I liked both (& I’m a hard one to throw out compliments). I loved Dr’s Shah & Wu from WT office & their entire staff. I have sent patients to them !!!!
I have always been extremely anxious about dental procedures, especially root canals, but my experience with Dr. Wu completely changed that. Dr. Wu has a calm, approachable, and confident demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I recently had to undergo a root canal, and to my surprise, the only discomfort I felt was from the anesthetic injection. They have been great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about anything. Best dentist i have ever used.
Everyone was very nice; the doctor/assistant did a good job on my chipped tooth.
