THANK YOU LAKEVIEW! These guys are honest, fast, and very reasonably priced. Jesse and the crew went above and beyond to get our vehicle serviced before we left on a cross-country drive (you can't drive across Canada on bad ball joints!) Not only did they work fast and get our vehicle repaired properly so we know we'll be safe on the drive, when they said they'd text with a progress report by 4pm, they actually did! Lakeview handled the finishing touches and tuning on my turbo LS project truck, and I was very impressed with the work, customer service and communication from them. Jesse went above and beyond to accommodate my unpredictable schedule, and Sam kept me in the loop on all the work and calibration, which I really appreciated. Really well-communicated experience, from initial reach-out to follow-up after the service. Friendly, prompt, informative customer service and both my issues were fixed. Would recommend.
The staff was friendly and honest. I feel they were very knowledgeable and thorough with my car. After having it neglected and parked for 5 years they were able to get it safely running and back on the road. They were very busy, I feel that speaks to how good they are at what they're doing.
