Thank you guys at Lakeview Auto. First time there but certainly not our last. They practice an art that has been forgotten in a lot of businesses today "Customer Service" and they give 5 star service like I have not seen in many years. I am a retired Customer Service Manager and this crew blew me away. Keep on doing what you do. If I could I would rate you with 10 stars not 5 !
My husband and I were travelling and smelled something hot. Turns out the front left brake was hot and smoking. We had just arrived at Hecla, 5:00 pm, what to do? Came here as I am new to the area and saw some recommendations about the shop. Had a failing front wheel bearing. Staff are super friendly- noticed that the moment I walked in the door. I had booked my appointment and the day before the appointment I had called to see if they could throw in an oil change while the car was in the shop. They agreed, totally accommodating.
