What was Lakeview at the Meadows is now called NeuroRestorative at the Meadows. Lakeview was purchased by NeuroRestorative in the New Hampshire region a couple years ago, however there is a Lakeview Neuro Rehab existing in Wisconsin.
I am beyond words that this place is even open, it is dirty there is not one picture on the wall they should be ashamed to even be open and any insurance company that is paying for their patients to stay in this place should really go take a look for yourself. I would NOT send anyone to this facility and am appalled that the even have a license to do business. SAME SAME our prisoners get better accommodations than these patients.
