Everything about this new apartment community is great, but I have one major concern: the package room. Instead of using individual package lockers, all deliveries are placed together in one shared room. If one package happens to have roaches, bed bugs, or other pests, there’s a real risk they could spread to nearby boxes—especially if residents don’t pick up their packages right away. I am a returning resident and I gotta say this place is absolutely amazing, it’s beautiful, it’s quiet, and the leasing office people are very professional, friendly, and will get things done quickly. Shelby is amazing, Giovanni is amazing, and everyone else is awesome! Great community with great people! I would highly recommend this place 100%!
