Appliances going out in 16 months is ridiculous, first the microwave a week ago and now the upstairs thermostat, like come on now, a counter top microwave lasted me way longer, I’m a first time home owner, give me at least 5 yrs before yall want to start breaking my pockets, i just never thought i would have these small issues so soon
The houses are spacious. The back yards are pretty large. The neighborhood is quiet, but I’m giving 3 stars because the streets are tight and the association doesn’t enforce rules. The street parking can be a bit much at times. Rockhaven should have used some of the lots for guest parking instead of putting a house on every square inch. I am also giving 3 stars because the grounds are not well maintained. There’s trash all over the common areas and the grass is over grown. I think Rock haven needs to do a better job with law... read more
