Rented the clubhouse for the event of my one year olds birthday. The HOA “president” who clearly Takes job too seriously and has no life repeatedly bombarded my guest with the worst hospitality ever. We’ve hosted previous events there before and always cleaned up and made everything tidy before leaving. But this lady made our experience hell. You would’ve thought we had the event at her house.

For some reason the HOA isn’t addressing the trash along Accokeek Road. I had 3 clients looking to purchase homes in that community but withdrew their offers due to litter and illegal dumping around the area.
