Do not trust this company, they are running a scam to bilk people out of money. First they charge a $150 visit fee that doesn’t apply to the repair. Then in my case they sent a technician that was not (by his own admission later) certified to repair or diagnose Viking fridge systems, to evaluate my problem. He said all the electrics and relay boards needed replacing for $675 and the repair would take upwards of two hours.
