their staff and mgmt (owners) change few times a year. You will never see your deposit back. Promises they gave you will never be fulfilled. Work orders will never be done. The staff is rude and keeps changing, they will also turn the terms of agreement as they like. Tons of roaches, trash stinks, neighborhood is awful, tenants are loud and arrogant, you will never have normal sleep. Plus the railroad is right there! Did I mention rude staff and that you're throwing away money if you move in there?
