I have lived at Lakeview Apartments since September 1, 1997. In all this time, it has been through four separate management companies, three of them applying "bandaid fixes" to the cosmetic and structural issues. When Osgoode took this 75-year old concrete and steel building over, they automatically took all of the previous haphazard upkeep with it and now have to renovate in order to upgrade for the tenants' safety. Avoid This Place at All Costs! This is the most disgusting and disturbing place to live. The building is unhygienic due to poor handling of pets. You’ll constantly smell dogs everywhere, and the lobby is a nightmare—there’s a large dog that urinates there daily. Even worse, dog urine is sometimes found inside the elevator, and saliva is everywhere. No one cares, no matter how many times you report it.
