So far, I like living here! so this is my honest and transparent review: MANAGEMENT: I was experiencing a bit of a confusion and unanswered inquiries previously but Riley the new property manager has been great responding in a timely manners to emails and truly prompt in his work, making sure emails that go through the office and work that needs to be done are addressed right away despite their busy schedule. Harassed annually for proof of insurance where employees can't tell the difference between an anniversary date and an expiry date.
I am a long time resident at 360 and have really enjoyed living here. The building is so nice and clean.. thanks to Carlo and Manuel. Our Manager Lesley always has a smile for you. Our Christmas party was so enjoyable and a great turn out.
Excellent Building ... Excellent Security A building that is modernized beautifully !!! Kept so clean even the stairways. Office Manager and Staff are professional, helpful, cheerful and most of all caring towards their residents. Repairs never an issue done on a timely manner. Superintendents are helpful and knowledgeable. The repairs done even if it requires a outside contractor the Superintendent follows up to ensure repair is completed correctly.
